International shipping costs for a big size and volume parcel are charged way too much which is sometimes more than the original product cost. Returns

The policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item when it's unopened and still in the same state as the day you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
