International shipping costs for a big size and volume parcel are charged way too much, sometimes more than the original product cost. Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still be in its original packaging.
