Precautions for handling
- Since there is no drying function, there may be water left on the toothbrush after sterilization.
- When opening and closing the lid, it automatically operates, so do not operate the switch separately.
- Do not look directly at the UV LED, as it may damage your eyes.
- It is not a waterproof product and malfunction may occur due to moisture.
- If the switch sensor is broken, an abnormal operation may occur.
- For effective sterilization, keep the LED and the inner tube clean with a cotton swab or gauze with alcohol.
- Please avoid charging using a car charger.
- Do not disassemble or use the product for any other purpose.
- Use a charger that matches the rated voltage. When using the fast charging cable and charger, it may cause charging failure, strong heat generation, or device failure.
- Please note that if you charge or leave for a long time using the fast charging adapter, the device may malfunction.
- Avoid storage and charging in enclosed spaces, places where heat is generated, or near heating devices. (Storage and operation at temperatures between 0℃ and 40℃)
- If the battery is discharged because it is unused for a long time, the charging lamp may not come on when the USB cable is connected. In this case, unplug the USB cable one more time, and then open the lid slightly to operate normally.

In order for your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
