- The outer case/box/cover is simply for protecting goods. Damages such as scratches or discoloration on the case/box cannot be compensated.
- Please note that ALL MAGAZINE PRODUCTS have the possibility to be shipped in folded form depending on their size and volume. International shipping costs for a big size and volume parcel are charged way too much which is sometimes more than the original product cost. Returns
The stock is dynamic and we cannot fully manage it because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order could become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
